When the stone-fruit season is this abundant, here is how to take advantage. This mango and peach sorbet is healthy and light treat or dessert and captures the essence of biting into the juicy fruit.

400g mango flesh
400g peach flesh
2 teaspoons lime juice

Peel and cut the mango and peaches into chunks.

Add them to a food processor or high-speed blender and process until very smooth.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine and churn.
After churning, freeze for 3-5 hours or overnight.
Enjoy your sorbet as is or with fresh fruits.

If you don’t have an ice cream machine, you can freeze the fruit chunks until later use. In a food processor or blender, combine the slightly thawed fruit pieces and lime juice. Blend just until smooth. Your sorbet is ready to serve right out of the food processor.
