Organic Quinoa Tabouleh Recipe

¼ cup sprouted quinoa 

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tsp Nama Shoyu or 1 ½ tsp Celtic sea salt

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

¼ cup fresh mint, chopped

¼ cup diced cucumber

1 tbs minced garlic

1 tsp minced jalapeno 

½ tsp minced ginger

½ cup olive oil

4 stalks shallots chopped

1-2 bunches of parsley minced 

 

Method   

Combine the above ingredients in a mixing bowl. 

Mix and serve.
