HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

If ordering online doesn’t suit you, you can call the shop and place your order over the phone or alternatively download and fill out an order form and email it to us. 

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER AND WHAT’S THE LATEST I CAN PLACE AN ORDER?

We deliver orders weekly on a Tuesday evening after 6pm. Phone orders are taken on a Monday between 7am and 9.30pm. If you are unable to phone on a Monday, online orders can be placed up until 9am on Tuesday. If placed after that, please call the shop to let us know. When there is a Monday public holiday, order taking will be on Tuesday and delivery on Wednesday evening. 

HOW MUCH DOES A DELIVERY COST?

Delivery for most Canberra postcodes starts at $9.80, $20 for Queanbeyan and $25 for beyond. The Cooma region starts at $22.

I LIVE OUTSIDE OF CANBERRA. CAN I GET A HOME DELIVERY?

We deliver to all postcodes within the ACT as well and the surrounding regions including Queanbeyan, Cooma, Jindabyne, Thredbo, Hall, Sydney and South Coast. Please note we use an external courier for regions outside of Canberra and Queanbeyan and these deliveries arrive the day after order packing.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY HOME DELIVERY?

You don’t need to be home to receive your home delivery, but please include any special delivery instructions at the checkout. We recommend that you unpack and store correctly as soon as possible to maintain the high level of freshness. 

PICK UP FROM OUR SHOP?

Pick Ups can be collected during the shop hours, 8.30am and 7pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Make your choice of Pick Up day at the Checkout and shipping method. 

IS THERE ARE MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order.

CAN YOU INCLUDE PRODUCTS FROM MOUNTAIN CREEK IN MY DELIVERY?

Only when ordering over the phone or when using the downloaded order form.
